Ms. Teresa has been at Community First Insurance since September 2019 as the head of human relations. Too often, she hears from the agency’s customers that they felt never valued by their previous insurance company.
Her goal is to make every one of our customers feel loved. She even calls every customer to wish them a “Happy Birthday!” When a family member dies, she is quick to send out sympathy cards. She loves what she does because giving joy to others brings her joy.
In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her daughter and grandchildren.
Ms. Teresa’s commitment to the community extends beyond her role at Community First Insurance. She is a vibrant member of the First Baptist Church in Winchester, KY, where she sings in the choir and assists in the finance department.
She has had many jobs throughout her life, and she can honestly say that the atmosphere of Community First Insurance brings her a lot of pleasure. She loves the team that she works with and feels like everyone gets along well!
